Drivers approaching on I- 275 should try to avoid busy Dale Mabry Highway. Use Himes Avenue, Howard/Armenia Avenue or Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
If you take Dale Mabry northbound and have a single- game ticket, stay in the left lanes. You won't be allowed in the on- site stadium lots on the right. The two left lanes will be directed to HCC parking.
Listen to radio traffic reports and watch for directions on portable message boards.
Stick to main, north-south streets as much as possible. Traffic signals are reset on game days to hold green lights longer on those streets. Drivers on cross streets can end up watching a red light for as much as 3 1/2 minutes.
